Those of you who follow me on Facebook and other social media outlets, know that I'm just not a very active person. I know the internet tells me that to really get traffic to this blog, I need to be posting all the time, but the problem is, Social Media gives me a lot of anxiety. I stress a lot over posting and what I post and what others post, and I get nervous about responding and it cycles. One of the big things I've done to cut back on my anxiety levels is to just not post on social media. I realize that it's counter productive to getting traffic to this blog, but it's been really helpful for my mental health. Sometimes we just need to do things for us and not because it's the "correct" way to do something.
